Rosendal house

This is the first completed project we have learned in this major although we still do a lot of things wrong. In this semester, we have gained:

- Get to know Building regulation (BR18) .

- How to draw floorplans and other drawings by using Revit

- Learn how to calculate heat loss and transmission loss area ( BE18) .

- Learn a basic components and connection between wall, floor, wetroom, foundation and roof structural in small house .

- Know some rules and choose materials in Fire Safety regulation .

- How to list and manage process plan and activity list .
