This is the semester that we start at nothing. We have to use our creative to design our own buildings that base on clients demand and building regulation. It also required a commercial area in the ground floor and penthouse on the top of the building.

 Making a tender package for contractors for one section of the project was one of the tasks allocated to us in the individual component. The area that I have to focus in was tender and process plan of the buildings.
